HOFFENHEIM vs KOLN PREDICTION (03.12.2016)

On Saturday afternoon, 3 December at 3:30 pm, the duel between Hoffenheim and Cologne in the Wirsol-Rhein Neckar-Arena is on the agenda. The TSG remained unbeaten in Mönchengladbach this season and is in the league on rank 6 with currently 22 points in the account. Cologne had to settle for their own living room with a goalless draw against Augsburg and ranked number 5 with 22 also on the hunch.

The “Nagelmänner” were in Mönchengladbach from the start under pressure and disappointed in the first 45 game minutes, especially on the offensive. The half-time lead for Gladbach was also deserved by Dahoud (25th). The team of coach Julian Nagelsmann put it in the first half of the game just one chance. Only in the second 45 minutes were the Kraichgauer courageous and came quickly to the equalizer by Amiri (53). Despite all this the Borussia had the clearer possibilities, so that the points division in the end seemed somewhat happy for Hoffenheim.

This season the TSG Hoffenheim is still undefeated, but have been separated three times in a row. In their own living room the Kraichgauer won 3 of the last 4 Ligaspiele. Only four teams scored more than the Kraichgauer (21 goals). Kevin Vogt and Kerem Demirbay are still struggling and could also go down against Cologne.

The goat-bobs started strongly in the home game against Augsburg and had three thick possibilities through Sörensen, Osako and Modeste in the first quarter hour. However, the game flattened with increasing playing time. Many battles and nicknames were the order of the day. Especially since FC Augsburg also defended well, cleverly and disciplined.
