The home defeat against Palermo, just after that against the Entella in Chiavari, somehow led the critics to doubt the goodness of the project of Mister Grosso. Doubts swept away by the excellent performance of the Galletti in Perugia, where the Pugliesi have played great teams, strongly reaffirming their ambitions. Even Parma has recently had to play-force pull the breath, because the start had really been launched and sooner or later it was a physiological slowdown. In spite of the two consecutive draws in the last two, however, Parma is holding the third place tight and the Bari that occupies the second position behind the Palermo.
The Emilians have a respectable score for a “newly promoted” (although it is a newly promoted sui generis): there are thirty-one points won so far in nineteen games played.
