They dropped to 3rd place in Ligue 2, with only the top 2 teams joining the elite of French soccer. However, they have not yet said their last word, as they have the same number of points as FC Metz (2nd) and are 3 points behind leaders Le Havre. For their part, Rodez AF will have to fight to stay up. They are in 16th place, level with the first relegation zone.
