COVENTRY – PORT VALE PREDICTION (21.03.2017)

Coventry vs Port Vale: Preview & Prediction

From the football offer were spoiled the fans around the planet in the last weeks. However, between the recent weekend and the upcoming international phase, there are no international duels in the royal class or Europa League. At least in the League One – the third-class game class of England – will be offered three times football. Among other things, Coventry City’s denied table-closing light against Port Vale FC attempts to insist.

Coventry

Coventry City have only mathematical hopes to remain in the League One. The team of Mark Robins, who had already signed Robbie Keane, was able to score 26 points in 38 games. The reigning Chefcoach was compelled on 6th March as the last rescue anchor, but since his commission, the Sky Blues have been collecting three failures in series. Who had to take almost twice as many goals (59), as even the goal-shoot was on the lips (30x), the rightfully carries the famous red lantern in the hand. Even the home game is frighteningly weak with four victories from 18 games (4S, 6U, 8N). The remaining eight games in the league day are no more than the farewell tour of Coventry City. It would not be surprising if the coach in the outstanding games now and then give young talents a probation chance, because those players are expected to arrive in the coming season.

Port Vale

The Port Vale Football Club feared the same fate until a few weeks ago. The third league had already been severely beaten in the descent. While Coventry City hoped in vain for the turnaround, Port Vale is back in business thanks to a strong series: two wins and one draw will be in the recent four games. The direct competitors were defeated in the fight for class retention – Shrewsbury and Swindon – hauchdünn. The self-confidence should have risen once again at the weekend. Only two meters are missing to the rescue bank and Port Vale still has three (!) Catching games in the hindquarters. Michael Brown – since December in the saddle – is far more than just an interim trainer. In the weak past season of the season, the away games were without a doubt: in 17 games only one victory succeeded. At home, on the other hand, almost 50 percent of all ligature games were completed with a full success. Already the goal difference of 41:57 shows that Port Vale is quite more competitive than Coventry City.
