Din. Minsk – Neman : Preview & Prediction
Disappointing start of the season for Dinamo Minsk and Neman Grodno who face off in the next round of the Belarusian championship valid for the fifth day. The hosts are third last only one point away from the relegation zone, with only one win in the assets and three defeats collected so far. Bitter debut with a defeat on the first day, followed by the knockout in the derby against FC Minsk, although in the second half something good had been seen by Gurenko’s team, at least a reaction of pride despite the 3-2 the final. Of course, the problems were already evident during the double confrontation against Bate Borisov in the Cup, which eliminated Dinamo from the competition without too much trouble. The only leap so far in the championship, however, was the success at home with the current championship leader, Zhodino. It should be noted that in the first four days of the championship, three games of Dinamo Minsk recorded an Under 2.5, with the exception of the derby which, as often happens, is always a game in itself.
For his part, Neman Grodno started the championship season with a misstep, going to lose against Isloch Minsk, albeit of measure (1-0). For now the only success has come home against Vitebsk (2-0) followed by two draws, the first against Soligorsk (0-0), the second against Belshina in the last round (1-1) . Also in this case, one thing stands out: in this edition of the Belarusian championship, Neman Grodno has recorded the Under 2.5 game in every game played so far. He scores little and suffers few goals, an aspect not to be underestimated.
Altogether the two clubs have scored only seven goals in eight league games this season.
