Elche – Espanyol : Preview & Prediction
Complicated season for Elche who finds himself fourteenth in La Liga after nine days. Radamel Falcao’s teammates took just three of a possible twelve points with three away losses. Elche won their first home game in early October before losing on the Vallecano lawn last weekend. Despite the addition of Benedetto in the last transfer window, Elche is among the worst attacks in the league (six goals) and has only scored three goals in four games at home.
Espanyol Barcelona recovered well from their loss to Sevilla in late September, winning their last two games against Real Madrid and Cadiz. Except that rivals FC Barcelona have yet to win an away game and remain on two draws and two losses far from home. Vicente Moreno’s men have only scored two away goals and will have to do a lot better to win their first game of the season.
