Fiorentina, 13th in Serie A, face Inter Milan, 7th overall, this Saturday 22 October at 8.45pm in their Artemio Franchi stadium for the 11th round of the Italian championship. The Lombardy club, who won at Sassuolo and Salernitana in the last two rounds, will be looking to make it three in a row in Florence, where the Nerazzurri have already won twice, in February (0-2) and September 2021 (1-3). Inter Milan need to pick up points to get back into the title race but above all in the race to qualify for the next Champions League. The Viola must look in the rear-view mirror as the relegation zone is not far behind.

Inter are on a better run than the Viola, who are unable to break into the top half of the table.
