Sixth game for Group J of the world qualifiers with Germany facing Iceland away. The Germans are first in the group and in the last two outings they have forgotten the home defeat against Macedonia by beating Lichtenstein and Armenia 2-0 and 6-0, the latter second in the standings. With twelve points the National Flick team seems to be traveling at full speed towards Qatar. Iceland, on the other hand, have hardly any chance of dreaming of the pass, penultimate with four points drew 2-2 with Macedonia on Sunday evening, but previously lost 2-0 at home to Romania.

Our prediction for the game between Iceland and Germany is for No Goal. Difficult to think that the national team of the small island in northern Europe can score a goal for the Germans who come from two clean sheets. In the first leg the match was dominated by the Teutons who not only suffered only two shots on goal but closed the game with 78% of possession. Compared to the European Championship, Germany seems to be paying more attention to the defensive phase by deploying two central players of the caliber of Sule and Rudiger, with a pair of strikers like Kimmich and Goretzka in front of them.
