Once upon a time there was the happy island Iceland, that suqadra that had made the whole world fall in love with itself: today the Icelandic movement is going through a difficult moment, lacking brilliance, competitive spirit and results. And the match against Turkey is not exactly one of the easiest to hope for in a reaction. Yes, because instead the Turks seem to have managed to put the crisis behind them and now they have resumed being a formidable and decidedly difficult adversary. The French World Champion knows something about it, precisely in the last outing it suffered an unexpected defeat on Turkish soil. On the other hand, for Turkey the one against the French can be the classic victory that is worth much more than three points …
