Fifth place, however, for Lille, who however has only two points ahead of his next opponent in the League Cup.
In the last weekend, Lyon won the French Cup qualification after a crackling match against Nantes: 3-4 the final result.
Rudi Garcia’s team often offers a great show, but almost always grants something to the opponent: only a clean sheet in the last eight games played.
On the other hand, Lyon kept the door unbeaten only against the certainly not irresistible Bourg-en-Bresse in the French Cup.
