It’s one of the most exciting fixtures on Matchday 3 of the Champions League group stage. Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan go head-to-head this Wednesday at 21:00 at the Parc des Princes. In fine form in Ligue 1 in recent weeks, the club from the French capital must bounce back in C1. They are coming off a heavy defeat at Newcastle United (4-1). Sitting in 3rd place in Group F, with 3 points, the French outfit will be looking to get back to winning ways against the Rossoneri. The Rossoneri are still in search of their 1st Champions League win, although they currently have 2 points.
In their opening match in Group F of the Champions League, PSG shone with a 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund. The following day, however, the club from the French capital suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Newcastle United (4-1). Since then, they have bounced back by winning their last 2 Ligue 1 matches, against Stade Rennais (1-3) and RC Strasbourg (3-0). In the Champions League, the Rossoneri picked up 2 points, after drawing with Newcastle (0-0) and Dortmund (0-0). Although defensively very solid, the Rossoneri’s last-gasp finishing is much more difficult, and they are still in search of their 1st goal in the competition.
