It was a good start to the season, but it was not enough to win the game. And they may well be able to increase this lead if they win against LOSC. In fact, Stade Rennais face second-placed OM on their next Ligue 1 matchday. OGC Nice, meanwhile, host LOSC, who have nothing left to play for at the end of the season. And the Dogues are finishing very badly this season. They are currently in tenth place in the French league and have lost four of their last five games. It’s hard to imagine them getting back to winning ways when they travel to a team fighting for Europe.
