The Rangers-Leipzig tie is back a week on from the first leg, with the Germans building on a 1-0 lead in the first leg. Leipzig, who have won eight times in a row on the road, eliminated Atalanta and Real Sociedad in the previous rounds, and are fifth in the Bundesliga and still in the running for a Champions League spot. Tedesco’s team is in an amazing moment of form with 18 useful results in the last nineteen matches, the only defeat came against Union Berlin. It will be a very different game to the first leg, in which Rangers erected a fortress that managed to hold off their opponents for over eighty minutes. If the Scots are to find qualification they will have to attack without giving too much to the German super attack with Nkuku, Dani Olmo and Andrè Silva ready to squeeze into any available space.
